The final points race for the 2008 season and Andee came looking to improve her standings by a couple of places. Andee finished 3rd in her heat and pulled off a 5th-place finish in the trophy dash. She closed out her season in the Trans Trash/Lone Mountain Truck Leasing #41 with a 7th-place finish. Andee is awaiting the final points update. She will let you know on the year-end recap.

With a new engine installed, Andee showed up to race. After a 4th-place finish in the heat, Andee was set to do business in her Trans Trash ride. A tip-over midway through the 30-lap feature by one of her competitors brought out the red flag. At the restart, Andee was in 5th position where she stayed until the checkered flag.

Andee arrived with her #41 Trans Trash/Lone Mountain Truck Leasing-sponsored car hoping to shake the motor gremlins from the past races. At the drop of the green it was soon evident that the gremlins were back. Andee managed to come up with a 6th-place finish in her heat and a 9th-place finish in the feature.

A warm and windy day was on tap for Andee and her Trans Trash kart. She managed to chalk up 3 heat wins and 1 feature win on a unique double-header race day.

Andee took 3 heats and 2 features in the karting double-header. According to Andee, "Everything just seemed to work in our favor. The kart was one of the best I have ever driven." She led both features flag-to-flag after starting up front in 1 heat and coming from the back to the front in 2 others.
